Now that the containment dome has officially been listed a failure, and oil keeps spewing into the waters of the Gulf of Mexico at a rate of 210,000 gallons per day, and BP throwing it’s hands up and basically saying, “anybody have an idea, we’re fresh out”.  As the amount of oil spreading across the Gulf (approximaely 3.5 million gallons since the leak started) increases and the lawsuits start piling up, what options does BP have left?

As I watch the President try and comfort the families of the 29 miners that died needlessly at the Upper Big Branch coal mine in West Virginia.  My own thoughts go from sorrow as I realize these fine men will never see their children grow and prosper in a nation that from its beginnng taught us, work hard, be honest and you and your family will live the American dream…
