Could BP File For Bankruptcy?

Now that the containment dome has officially been listed a failure, and oil keeps spewing into the waters of the Gulf of Mexico at a rate of 210,000 gallons per day, and BP throwing it’s hands up and basically saying, “anybody have an idea, we’re fresh out”.  As the amount of oil spreading across the Gulf (approximaely 3.5 million gallons since the leak started) increases and the lawsuits start piling up, what options does BP have left?
